【摘要】:Thepurposeofthisguideistoprovideinformationthatmaybeconsideredwhenselectingandqualifyingacleaningagentforanoxygensystem.Insufficientcleanlinesscanresultintheignitionofcontaminantsorcomponentsbyavarietyofmechanisms.Therefore,anacceptablelevelofcontaminationforeachconditionofuseinoxygenserviceshouldbedefined.Theacceptablelevelofcontaminationmaydependonvariousfactors,suchas:Thenatureandtypeofthecontaminants,Thelocationanddegreeofcontamination,Thetypeofsubstratematerial,Theconfigurationandenduseoftheequipmentorparttobecleaned,andTheoperatingparametersoftheoxygensystem(pressure,temperature,phase,concentration,fluidvelocity,etc.).1.1Thepurposeofthisguideistoestablishaproceduretoselectcleaningagents,bothsolventsandwater-baseddetergents,foroxygenservice.Thisincludesoflaboratory-scaletestsforcleaningeffectiveness,materialscompatibilityandoxygencompatibility.1.2Theeffectivenessofaparticularcleaningagentdependsuponthemethodbywhichitisused,thenatureandtypeofthecontaminants,andthecharacteristicsofthearticlebeingcleaned,suchassize,shape,andmaterial.Finalevaluationofthecleaningagentshouldincludetestingofactualproductsandproductionprocesses.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
