【摘要】:Thermomechanicalanalyzersareemployedintheirvariousmodesofoperation(penetration,expansion,flexure,etc.)tocharacterizeawiderangeofmaterials.Inmostcases,thevaluetobeassignedinthermomechanicalmeasurementsisthetemperatureofthetransition(orevent)understudy.Therefore,thetemperatureaxis(abscissa)ofallTMAthermalcurvesmustbeaccuratelycalibratedeitherbydirectreadingofathermocoupleorbyadjustingtheprogrammertemperaturetomatchtheactualtemperatureoverthetemperaturerangeofinterest.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthetemperaturecalibrationofthermomechanicalanalyzersfrom-50to1100176;C.(SeeNote2.)1.2Computerorelectronicbasedinstruments,techniques,ordatatreatmentequivalenttothistestmethodmaybeused.Note2Usersofthistestmethodareadvisedthatallsuchinstrumentsortechniquesmaynotbeequivalent.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthistestmethodtodeterminethenecessaryequivalencypriortouse.1.3SIunitsarethestandard.1.4ThisstandardissimilartoISO11359-1butaddressesalargertemperaturerangeandutilizesadditionalcalibrationmaterials.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection7andNote10.
