【摘要】:Laboratoryproofingofinkisnecessarytoestablishareproduciblepredictionofprintappearanceandperformanceproperties,mostofwhicharehighlysensitivetoinkfilmthickness.Theapparatusdescribedinthispracticehasfoundwideuseforroutinecontrolproofingbecauseitprovidesaneconomicalmethodforproducingreasonablylargeprintsatfilmthicknessescomparabletothoseobtainedonproductionpresses.Thispracticedoesnotduplicatethedynamicsofahighspeedpress,nevertheless,itisusefulforqualitycontrolandforspecificationacceptancebetweentheproducerandtheuser.1.1Thispracticecoverstheprocedureforpreparingprintsofpasteinksusingrolloutsonaflat-bedlaboratoryproofpress.TheinitialmethodwasdevelopedbytheNationalPrintingInkResearchInstitute.1.2Thispracticeisapplicabletothepreparationofsingle-colorsolid-areaprintsbythedryoffsetprocess(alsoknownasLetterset)onaflatsubstratesuchaspaperormetal.Itcanreadilybeadaptedtoprintbydirectletterpress.Note18212;TheproofingpressdescribedinthispracticecanalsobeusedwithprintinggagesinaccordancewithPracticeD6846.1.3Thispracticeisapplicableprimarilytolithographicandletterpressinksthatdrybyoxidationorpenetration.Withtheadditionofappropriatedryingorcuringequipment,itisalsoapplicabletoothersystemssuchasheat-setorenergy-curable.1.4Theinstructionsinthispracticeareintendedtominimizethewithin-printandamong-operatorvariabilityinherentinhandoperations.1.5Thispracticedoesnotmeasuretheactualfilmthicknessontheprint,butevaluatesfilmthicknessequivalencebyvisualorinstrumentalcomparisonsofopticaldensity.1.6ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusersofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionsaregiveninSection7.

【摘要】:Basedonqualityrequirements,material,weldthickness,weldingprocessandextentoftesting,thisstandardgivesguidanceforthechoiceofnon-destructivetestingmethodsofweldsandevaluationoftheresultsforqualitycontrolpurposes.Thisstandardalsospecifiesgeneralrulesandstandardstobeappliedtothedifferenttypesoftesting,foreitherthemethodologyortheacceptancelevelformetallicmaterials.AcceptancelevelscannotbeadirectinterpretationofthequalitylevelsdefinedinEN25817orEN30042.Theyarelinkedtotheoverallqualityoftheproducedbatchofwelds.Requirementsforacceptancelevelsfornon-destructivetestingcomplywithqualitylevelsstatedinEN25817orEN30042(moderate,intermediate,stringent),onlyonageneralbasisandnotindetailforeachindication.Thisstandardcanbeusedbyapplicationstandardsorbyagreementbetweenthecontractingparties.
