【摘要】:Thisstandard,whichisinformativeinnature,containsthebasicrulesandoverallprinciplestobeappliedtoallengineeringactivitiesduringperformanceofaspaceproject.Itaddressestheestablishment,basedoncustomerneeds,ofmissionobjectives,requirements,andspecificationsforspacesystems,andthedesign,definition,production,verification,operation,andeventualdisposalofthesystemsthemselves.Itdefinesthescopeandinterfacesoftheseactivitiesrelativetothedomainsofmanagementandproductassurance,andexplainshowtheymayapplyindifferentwaysdependingonthetypeofspacesystemconcerned.Italsointroducesthelowerlevelengineeringstandardswithinthespacestandardssystem,andproposeshowtheymaybeused(after"tailoring"ifrequired)tofacilitatespaceprojectoperations.Thisstandardisintendedtohelpcustomersinformulatingtheirneedsandsuppliersinpreparingtheirresponseandimplementingthework.
