【摘要】:ThisBritishStandarddescribesanacceptancesamplingsystemprimarilydesignedforuseunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflotsofdiscreteproductsallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess;b)whereonlyasinglequalitycharacteristicxoftheseproductsistakenintoconsideration,whichmustbemeasurableonacontinuousscale;c)wherethemeasurementerrorisnegligible,i.e.withastandarddeviationnomorethan10%oftheprocessstandarddeviation;d)whereproductionisstable(understatisticalcontrol)andthequalitycharacteristicxisdistributedaccordingtoanormaldistributionoracloseapproximationtothenormaldistribution;e)whereacontractorstandarddefinesalowerspecificationlimitL,anupperspecificationlimitU,orboth;anitemisqualifiedasconformingifandonlyifitsmeasuredqualitycharacteristicxsatisfiestheappropriateoneofthefollowinginequalities:1)xWL(i.e.thelowerspecificationlimitisnotviolated);2)xuU(i.e.theupperspecificationlimitisnotviolated);3)xWLandxuU(i.e.neitherthelowernortheupperspecificationlimitisviolated).Inequalities1)and2)arecalledcaseswithasinglespecificationlimit,and3)acasewithdoublespecificationlimits.Wheredoublespecificationlimitsapply,itisassumedinthisBritishStandardthatconformancetobothspecificationlimitsisequallyimportanttotheintegrityoftheproduct;insuchcases,itisappropriatetoapplyasingleAQLtothecombinedpercentageofproductoutsidethetwospecificationlimits.Thisisreferredtoascombinedcontrol.
