【摘要】:Thisdocumentdealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsaslistedinClause4whicharerelevanttostationaryanddisplaceablecircularsawbenches(withorwithoutslidingtableand/ordemountablepowerfeedunit),dimensionssawsandbuildingsitesaws,hereinafterreferredtoas“machines”,designedtocutsolidwood,chipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerials,iftheyarecoveredwithplasticedgingand/orplastic/lightalloylaminates,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.NOTE1Forthedefinitionofstationaryanddisplaceablemachinesee3.13and3.14.NOTE2Circularsawbenches,anddimensionsawsareusedforripping,crosscutting,dimensioningandgrooving.Buildingsitesawsareusedforripping,crosscuttinganddimensioning.Therequirementsofthisdocumentapplyalsotomachinesdesignedforgroovingwithawidthnotexceeding20mminonepassbyusingamillingtool.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyto:a)machinessetuponabenchoratablesimilartoabench,whichareintendedtocarryoutworkinastationaryposition,capableofbeingliftedbyonepersonbyhand.Thebenchcanalsobeanintegratedpartofthemachineifitconsistsofhingedlegswhichcanbeextendeddown;b)handheldwoodworkingmachinesincludinganyadaptationpermittingtheiruseinadifferentmode,i.e.benchmounting.NOTE3Transportablemotor-operatedelectrictoolsarecoveredbytherequirementsofEN61029-1:2000togetherwithEN61029-2-1:2002;hand-heldmotor-operatedelectrictoolsandsawbenchestoformanintegratedwholewithahand-heldmotor-operatedelectrictoolsarecoveredbyEN60745-1:2003togetherwithEN60745-2-5:2003.Forthepurposeofthisdocumentbuildingsitesawshavingatiltablespindleareconsideredtobecircularsawbenches.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletocircularsawbenches(withandwithoutslidingtable),dimensionssawsandbuildingsitesawswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.NOTE4MachinescoveredbythisdocumentarelistedunderA.1.1ofAnnexIVoftheMachineryDirective.
