【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesadirectmethodforcharacterizingthesurfaceroughnessoftherailassociatedwithrollingnoise("acousticroughness"),intheformofaone-thirdoctavebandspectrum.Thisstandarddescribesamethodfor:a)selectingmeasuringpositions;b)dataacquisition;c)measurementdataprocessinginordertoestimateasetofone-thirdoctavebandroughnessspectra;d)presentationofthisestimateforcomparisonwithlimitsofacousticroughness;e)comparisonwithagivenupperlimitintermsofaone-thirdoctavebandwavelengthspectrum.1.2Itisapplicabletothe:a)performancetestingofreferencetracksectionsforthemeasurement,withinaperiodofthreemonthsbeforeorafterroughnesscharacterization,ofnoiseemittedbyrailwayvehiclesforacceptancetestingpurposes;b)acceptanceoftherailsurfaceconditiononlyinthecasewheretheresultofthedirectmeasurementoftheacousticroughnessisregardedasanestablishedacceptancecriterion.1.3Itisnotapplicabletothe:a)measurementofrailroughnessusinganindirectmethod;b)measurementofcombinedwheel-railroughness;c)analysisoftheeffectofwheel-railinteraction,suchasa“contactfilter”;d)approvalofrailreprofiling,includingrailgrindingoperations,exceptforthosewheretheacousticroughness(andnotthelevelofcorrugation)isanestablishedapprovalcriterion;e)characterizationoftrackgeometry.Testingandapprovalofmeasuringapparatusarenotpartofthescopeofthisstandard.
